Verdejo and Garnacha blanca
Harvested at the beginning of September. Left to macerate in the vat prior to fermentation for 48 to 72 hours. Bled to separate the free run juice and thus achieve great results, controlling the temperature from maceration right through until the end of alcoholic fermentation.
Pale yellow with greenish glints.
Very intense, yet elegant aromas with citrus fruits (lime and grapefruit) and banana to the fore and the typical herby nuances of the verdejo grape with a floral base coming through. On the palate it has a fresh attack, opening as it passes and showing good crisp acidity to balance its delicate body. Long citrus fruit and pip-fruit aftertaste.
Ideal wine to accompany white fish dishes, blue fish, baked fish, vegetables, smoked food and cold starters.
